What is the Course Reserves Service

Opens external link in new windowCourse reserves is a service which combines an information about definite course (lecturer, course title, term, department) and recommended materials to this course. This service provides access to:

  • books and journals from the library collection, 
  • documents which are not in the collection, given on loan by lecturer for the time of giving the course;
  • electronic resources (journals, articles from databases, online resources) with full-text access; 
  • instructor’s own materials, including course program, presentations, full-text files, etc.



Create a course in Course Reserves Service

You can do:

  • Select the documents which you recommend to use during your academic course from the electronic catalogue Opens external link in new windowSee Instruction (ukr).

  • Send the course materials on

  • Bring the printed documents which you want to give to the library in temporal using on the period of studying the course.

  • In any case you must give such information: your surname, name, name of course and department, term of studying, personal e-mail.

  • After creating course in Course reserves service via e-mail you will receive the confirmation.


The faculty are recommended strongly to care just now about methodical supply of courses which they will offer to the students in a new year! apply for consultation to the library
