Bilokin Serhii

The book collection of Serhii Ivanovych Bilokin began to be transferred to the NaUKMA Library in 2012. On April 17, 2012, Serhii Bilokin and NaUKMA signed an agreement providing for the transfer of his personal library to the University's holdings and the establishment of a separate collection with a single location and special preservation conditions.
The active transfer process lasted from April to August 2012, during which the donor transferred a substantial part of his private collection to NaUKMA. All donated materials (15,193 copies representing 9,219 titles) have been processed and are available through the NaUKMA Library Electronic Catalogue.

The collection is placed in the Rare and Valuable Books Library (Building 4, first floor of the Kyiv-Mohyla Centre).

Serhii Ivanovych Bilokin (July 1, 1948, Kyiv – April 14, 2023) was a historian, source studies scholar, Candidate of Philological Sciences, Doctor of Historical Sciences, Chief Research Fellow at the Institute of History of Ukraine of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, Head of the Institute’s Centre for Cultural Studies, Honoured Worker of Science and Technology of Ukraine, and Honorary Professor of NaUKMA.
